Oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfast foods. It’s warm, creamy and nourishing. I prefer my oatmeal packed with flavor and loaded with tasty toppings.

- 1 Cup water
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Cup GF Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
Bring water and milk to a boil. Add in Oats and turn down on low. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add in remaining ingredients and stir well. Let simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add additional milk if desired. I like my oatmeal creamy so I tend to add a few tablespoons of milk. Top with desired toppings.
